The videos linked in the table, developed by REL Southeast, can assist teachers in identifying which instructional practices are needed to improve student outcomes and support school leaders in recognizing specific research-based practices as they observe literacy instruction.  

This resource is intended to help educators (both leaders and teachers) enhance literacy instruction knowledge, communicate expectations about literacy instruction, and establish consistent language regarding literacy content and instructional strategies.
